Asphalt sealcoating and striping for local business

K & L Industries is a full-service paving and maintenance company located in Portland, Oregon. With over 30 years of experience, K & L Industries has become a favorite among the Wilsonville locals. They were established in 1984 and have maintained a solid position as the asphalt company the community can rely on for both commercial and residential needs.

Because of our status in the community, we have developed continuous relationships with various clients in the area. One of our returning clients in Wilsonville, OR recently contacted our office to perform our routine scheduled maintenance for their parking lot. We scheduled a visit to the parking lot to examine its condition and make necessary repairs.

Arriving at the parking lot, we noticed that the structure of the parking lot was in good condition, but it did need its scheduled sealcoating maintenance. We were able to sealcoat the parking lot, then finalize the project by striping the newly sealcoated lot.

When the project was complete, our customer was once again pleased. As the client is the owner of a local restaurant, he was thrilled with how well the parking lot looked. He thanked us by saying, “The parking lot looks great! Our customers will love the result!”
