Asphalt parking lot for Tualatin office

K & L Industries was established in 1984 and has become a renowned leader in residential and commercial paving in the greater Portland, Oregon area. K & L Industries specializes in full-service asphalt paving and maintenance for jobs of all sizes. Their upstanding reputation throughout the area has led to a collection of clients both old and new.

A new client in Tualatin, OR was referred to our office to request a quote to reconfigure the parking lot of a dentist office they had just recently purchased. As a local property owner had personally referred the client, we wanted to make sure the client knew they had made the best decision in contacting us.

We reviewed the current layout and condition of the parking lot and discussed the repairs that needed to occur. The client mentioned that the parking lot was too small and the spaces within the lot were not properly striped. The client requested that we add additional spaces during the reconfiguration. We took inventory of the client’s requests and created a new design.

Once the design was created, we brought the design to life. We configured the new parking lot by adding a surface area to accommodate an additional 8 parking spaces. Then, we installed the base layer of the asphalt and laid the new asphalt surface. Once completed, we finalized the parking lot by adding the parking lot line striping. Our new client was so happy we were the referred paving company by saying, “The parking lot is exactly what we needed! Thank you to the guys at K & L Industries!”
