We recently did a commercial parking lot paving, excavation and grading job for a business in Gresham OR.
The business owner and his wife were ready to have the stock area for their fence company restored. The old cracked asphalt was in rough shape. There were cracks and potholes all over with some gravel patches that were used to fill some of the holes. The clients spoke with their property management company, asking for referrals to a trusted asphalt paving contractor. The property manager sent them our way.
They called us later that day, asking us to come take a look at the property. We were in the area and got there that evening. We determined that the entire lot needed to be excavated, graded and paved. We scheduled the job for the next week during their slowest time of business.
We got started early on a Tuesday morning. We worked in sections so the stock could be moved around in some areas still. First we excavated the area then graded it. We noticed a drainage area needed repaired in one section so we fixed that too. We also added some asphalt to the back, then repaved the entire lot.
The wife was amazed at how quick and efficient our crew was. She couldn’t believe how great the stock lot looked when we were done!

K&L Industries recently performed an asphalt milling, asphalt paving, grading and slope correction job for a subdivision in Gresham, Oregon.
The residents of the subdivision recently contacted the subdivision about some areas in the streets that were damaged, including cracks and holes that were developing. Several residents also noticed some drainage problems.
The homeowners association contacted us as they were a previous customer to schedule for us come fix the problems. We did an assessment and determined that a milling and paving of the street was necessary and also agreed to do a grading and slope correction to ensure proper drainage and to work with the flow of traffic to eliminate further damage problems.
We started the project two weeks later, informing the association of our plan of action so they could notify residents. We graded the common roadway and paved the subdivision with hot asphalt. We also milled the patch out of the street and restored it, according to city specifications. The job was done within less than a week.
The homeowners association reached out to us after the job was finished to tell us that they were thankful for how quick and smooth and seamless the job was. The residents are now very happy with the newly paved street.
