KNL Industries began as a business partnership between Keith and Les in 1984. “We went different directions, and that was perfectly fine for both of us,” Keith says. “But I kept the ‘L part,’ because my wife’s name is Lillian. It all worked out really well for all of us.”

Keith married Lillian in 1983, who’s fondly known as “mom of the universe,” shortly before partnering with Les. Lillian says, “I grew up in a family-owned contracting business, so contracting in self-employment and working hard is all that I know.”
